FSF has been actively working for over a decade to support vulnerable and marginalized communities, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). Our core areas of work include healthcare services, medical aid, blood donation drives, child care, cancer treatment support, eye care, dialysis assistance, and maternal health. In 2025, FSF proudly achieved NGO registration from the Government of Pakistan, marking a significant milestone that enables us to collaborate with national and international partners. Guided by a strong commitment to humanitarian values, FSF continues to stand with communities in times of health crises and works towards building a healthier and more empowered Pakistan.
