Our process begins with careful programme planning and field work, guided by project-oriented approaches. We combine supply-oriented strategies with self-execution and outsourced tasks, leveraging hired human resources, community-based organizations (CBOs), and partner NGOs to expand our reach. Depending on the programme, execution can be centralized or de-centralized, with central procurement, logistics, and transport systems ensuring smooth delivery to the beneficiaries. This structured approach allows FSF to deliver timely, reliable, and impactful assistance to the most vulnerable communities.
